Each year, YPGL recognizes outstanding young professionals under the age of 40 who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, business achievement, and community involvement throughout Greater Lowell. The annual awards celebrate the individuals who are helping shape the future of our region.

Our Story

YPGL was founded in 2005 following a challenge from two Lowell High School students who encouraged local business and community leaders to create an environment where young professionals would choose to build their careers in Greater Lowell.

In 2015, YPGL became part of the Greater Lowell Chamber of Commerce, expanding its reach and creating even more opportunities for the region’s next generation of leaders.
